We have chosen preferred lodging vendors to provide you with a very seamless group booking process. These locations understand our tournaments, they give flexibility to booking and contract terms while providing a nice and clean stay.
Sold Out : If at any time all of these locations cannot fill your requirement, please contact our office directly for an alternative solution. We can be of assistance in finding an alternate solution.
Rain Out: All of our partners understand that if a rainout occurs they will cancel all bookings at our discretion with no fees. We are very proactive on determining the weather conditions and the fields. We watch the weather 3 days prior to the tournament and will usually call him directly to check on fields.
Cancellations: If you have last minute players cancel, please contact the manager listed on the hotel you choose. If you need our assistance please feel free to call or email and we can assist.
Rates: Rates have been negotiated directly with each property. If you see lower rates, on Expedia, or any third parties it may show , please keep in mind, they will only have one room available for this rate and it tiers up and up. You may discuss this with the manager of the hotel as each time frame and circumstance may be different.
Booking: Please fill out the form and we will facilitate a few options for you . Once you have made a decision we will connect you directly with the hotel associate in charge.
